ok then. the phenom is faster clock for clock than the dual cores. but due to the limited option for north bridge frequency(none), will limit your oc. that a 2.2 cpu corret. you might get it up around 2.5-2.6. which will be similar to 3.0-3.2.
what i would reccomend is that with the limited option for phenoms get a b.e. that way you will yeild better oc's and the options for nbf will not affect you as much.

good luck.

thanks for the advice,i searched and the only BE's in my country are 9850 and 9950 so probably i'll buy one of those...

just to clear up,i know that the phenom will not work full power on m2n-e but it still will be better than 5200+?

clock for clok the phenom is better then you 5200.
if you can get it ruffly to 2.8 or above it will be betterthan the 5200@3.2.
one note is i am not 100% on what your mobo can handle for cpu power requirements, but i would reccomend the 9850 just to be safe.
there are also tri- cored b.e.'s aswell. they are just a quad with a disabled core.
note 2 be prepaired to reinstall your os. i have had to do it 2 times already to get the extra cores to show. 1 time for the 8450 and 1 time for my 9850.

good luck
