Hi guys, today i tried overclocking my AMD 6000, but, the core frequency is at 2.2 (old processor info) and i don't know how to fix this issue.. Is a MSI K9N-SLi or MS-7250.. Any help ?!

Go into you bios, and manually set the correct frequencies to stock. You could try flashing your bios to, and it should automatically set it to the proper speed, or you can set the CMOS to default as well. It might need a bios update to correctly support your mobo. Try googling it online.

Hmm, is your cpu multiplier perhaps 11X? an AMD 6000+ should be set to a cpu multiplier of 15X. or perhaps you have cool'n'quiet enabled, (this is a utility that downclocks your processor when not in use) though ive only seen cool'n'quiet downclock the core to 1Ghz not 2.2ghz.

how many threads are you gonna make about the same problem?

like in your previous thread i suggested a bios update. i also showed by the manufactors site that the 6000+ was not supported, thus why the update might change that.
