they'll keep cranking out copies of resistance 2, but VC's availability decreases each day.
Same thing as with Disgaea, Beyond Good and Evil, Psychonauts... All the great games no one buys.

I'm not sure. I never tried it. I just might have to do that.

Don't listen to this guy dude. R2 is amazing in both online, and single player.
Strong suite for Resistance 2 isn't the story mode. You can ask about anybody here and they'll say they picked up Resistance 2 because of its multiplayer.

OP: Don't listen to this dude, he doesn't know what he's talking about. ;(

Resistance 2 is ok...it has nothing on the original. if you played Fall of Man and are hoping for something just as awesome.... you're dreaming.

the single player Resistance 2 is really quite bad. i mean, its fun. but its the worst case of trial and error FPS gaming i've come across in a while, and that frustrates the crap outta me. its not even THAT hard, just annoying and well yeah, full of trial and error gameplay.

what i mean is, most of the time, you will die or need to die just to get whats going on. i like that camping in the game is useless since you get rushed pretty bad by the Chimera, but sometimes its just stupid. plus i hate that you cant load yourself up with an arsenal of weapons, carrying only 2 max. BIG flaw against the first Resistance.

i havnt played Valkyria but i heard its ok, offering lots of hours of gameplay.

theres nothing wrong with Resistance 2, but theres seriously nothing really that great about it. the only time i would recommend someone buy it, is if they have completed all the other great games out there and having nothing else to do.

I didn't say that the multiplayer was bad, or that the story mode was better, just that I had fun playing it, and that you say it was garbage is false. It most certainly is not. To each his own I guess.
