I think that's what I said. I could be wrong though. Maybe I didn't say it.

The toolkit is what OEMs use to lock their BIOSes in the first place (when they use Intel boards). So it stands to reason you should be able to unlock it.

it has been a while since I went to the comp's bios, but I've got a computer running a 3.0 with intel d875pbz...I remember it had options in the bios for running a burn in test, which allowed you to overclock your cpu, but not by much....wasn't sure if your board had the option or not

also, why a hd 2600 for your video card? you could get at least a hd 3650 or higher for $80, which is not that bad

On newegg the Sapphire 3850 was running for $100 dollars shipped, and used Powercooler ones for $87 shipped. I got the 3850, I'm very happy with it!
