TAKE IT SLOW!!!!! the worst thing you can do is jump to a high clock and mess it all up. Um also download CPU- z, Core Temp and IntelBurnTEst

From what i've read so far, I need to change/set the following
1) PCI-E - 100
2) Smart Fan - Disable
3) Speedstep - Disable
4) Vga Booster/Performance enhance - Disable/Standard/Auto

Am I missing anything? Can I start to overclock?

You need to manually set these voltages from AUTO to -
DDR2 OverVoltage: set to manufacturer spec
PCI-E OverVoltage: keep on (AUTO)
FSB OverVoltage: lowest (Normal)
(G)MCH OverVoltage: lowest (Normal)
CPU Voltage Control: set to your VID to start

Lower your memory speed from 800mhz to 667mhz. I think the SPD multi is 2.

OP,

I have the exact same CPU and motherboard as you. Mine has been running perfectly stable at 3.2GHZ for almost a year now. Let me know if you need any help.

I just got mine up to 3.6 GHz at 1.38v. I have it at 1:1 right now. Should I change my memory timmings or up the voltage?

Edit: I get the BSOD when i try to run Prime95. Should I keep increasing the CPU Voltage?

I can't get my E6750 @ 3.6GHz to run Prime95 for more than 3 minutes. It says fatal error and rounding issues? What should I do? I have my voltage at 1.39 :S is that too high?
