AMD Cool n' Quiet?

Thread Starter
Is it best to leave this on? I heard it helps conserve energy, but it also keeps your cpu temp higher. Anyone have pros and cons and suggestions about this? Thanks

I turns down the clock speed of your CPU when it's idle. That's about it. It conserves energy and makes the CPU temps lower at idle. My idea is this: when overclocking turn i off to see how hot is the CPU with the given clock, then when i am sure it's stable i turn C'n'Q on.
