How much can i overclock a E2180 with a stock cooling?

right now i only have 26% clock.

btw im new at this clockin stuff to so all good tips are welcomed.

A rough guess would be 2.8-3ghz with stock cooling....after that you will most likely need much higher voltages, thus getting higher temperatures which the cooler would not be able to deal with.

i dont know about stock fans but i just overclocked mine today and got it stable @ 4GHz (in my sig) get an aftermarket fan and then we'll get that b.a. thing moving

Motherboards temp is 45C, CPU 39C and vcore is the voltage thing right? If yes then CPU is 1.39V

What program are you using to monitor your temps, i would suggest Core Temp, if your not already using it. Vcore is Core voltage. Also is that load or idle temps.
