Alright, i will give that a go when i get home, and i will post up the temps and everything....How long should i run Prime95 for?
Also what "should" i roughly be able to comfortably oc the cpu to with my rig and cooler? I was hoping for 3.60ghz - 3.8ghz or something or is that pushing it a bit too hard?

Thanks

Isn't this your BIOS? Speedstep is on the bottom. Is yours different?

That's the P5Q, but with Asus usually the BIOS is the same with similar names like the P5Q and the P5Q-E I guess not always though.

It's just a power saving feature. It doesn't hurt leaving it off. Every one here does.

Ok, well considering its not there, does that mean that i dont have that feature on my mobo?? Also if it is there, and i can't disable it, does that mean that im not going to get as much out of my overclock?

I really wanna get as much as i can out of my cpu.
