Question about my q6600 OC?

I have a 3.2 OC well at least thats what i think. That's what CPU-Z says, but vista says 3.6? You can see my valid oc in my sig. I will post pic of the vista info.

When making your post or edit, then go advanced and scroll down, it should say manage attachments. Thats what i use anyway.
