Best way to OC and test for artifacts with GTX260 and x64 Vista

Thread Starter
Just put together my new i7 build and got the MSI GTX260 off newegg for under $200. I've got my CPU stable at 3.8GHz and want to squeeze a little more performance out of the 260. What is the best way to overclock and test for stability and artifacts? I'm gaming at 1920x1200 on high setting for most games. COD4 runs at 100+ @ 1920x1200 on high settings and Farcry 2 does very well also. Thanks for any help

I usually use atitool to check for stability and artifacts. Rivatuner is good program for overclocking and can set fanspeed.

I thought ATiTool doesn't work in x64 vista, was I misled? I already use RivaTuner for fan control. So I should use Riva to OC and ATiTool to test the OC?

Yup. ATITool still works to scan for artifacts - Just use another program to increase clock speeds.
