vista and activesync

so i have vista 64 sp1(ultimate) and now i want to sychronize it so that i can install new rom and some apps on my htd touch diamond. so how you connect this wm 6.1 devices with vista??

i ahve option on my diamond-enable advanced network functionality i have enabled it is this ok?

ActiveSync does not work with Vista. You will have to use Windows Mobile Device Center. It should be included in whatever software package you received with your new WinMo phone. If not you can download it from Microsoft in the link I posted. As for the advanced network functionality I am not sure what that is so if it was not active when you got the phone you may want to read your owners manual before messing with that setting.
