Extremely crappy RMA support... they fired most of their US support staff a few years ago. This included a few overclockers and now are staffed by like 2 Chinese workers who aren't great at English....

Took them to 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get them to send out my replacement mobo for a DOA.

if the bios is a socket chip you might be able to purchase a new bios chip and drop it into the socket.
