I don't think the temps are high actually. Idle temps are usually 28 29 31 31. When loaded in daily usage it never exceeds 40-45C. Those 70's are the max point they reached while burn test was running...

I have no idea about lapping and how it is done.

This is a bit excessive but I like to run loads of loops:



I have Duorb of thermaltake for cpu/ram. Can I lap it ? Again I have to mention that I have no idea about lapping.
