I am curious as to how you did that on, presumably an OEM (?) 300w PSU. Even non-OEM 300w PSUs that i've seen have a single 18amp (at the most) 12v rail, which is way under the recommended spec for hell a 8600GTS, let alone an 8800GT!

Also presumably you used a two-molex-to-one-PCI-e-75w-6-pin adapter or did the PSU have a PCI-e 6 pin already on it?
