Alright, well the door isn't opened. It's closed, a long with 4 120mm intake fans, 1 200 whatever mm big boy fan, and the 120mm connected to the arctic.

It's not bolted through, but the thermometer is correct because I lapped and lapped my friend arctic as well and added a 120mm to his arctic as well onto his E6600 and his temps went from mid 40s to low 30s, on 1.40volts.

They're currently at 24-25C because my heater is now on.

Also, I noticed your temps are what my E2160s were before I got my E2140 M0. If your stepping is different than M0, then I'm assuming that has something to do with it as the M0 chips run much much cooler.

Whats your ambient temp?
True. Your chip most likely runs much hotter than mine at stock. Mines an M0 chip and it has been amazing. My L2 E2160 didn't run this well, it stayed in the 30s and maxed out at 3.0Ghz for me.

That sounds a lot better Agian iask what your load temp,
If it is colder than your room temp your sensors are off

I don't have a way of checking my ambient temps unless there is an app to do so for me.

Well another difference is my Vcore is 1.33, and your Vcore is what? You must have an L2 chip because those are the only ones that run hotter and need that much Vcore.

Mine doesn't need anything above 1.35 to be perfectly stable.
That's one reason my temps are so low.

You do realize the more voltages you give your hardware the rise in temps will occure, right?

I'm not 100% that you know everything about Overclocking, as I feel there is nothing wrong with my system temps at all.

Did you even look at my screenshots?

Also, your motherboard is the board I used to have, and there is a FSB wall caused by the ICH7 bridge, and because of that, you're not going to get your OC up any higher without becoming unstable, and also the ICH7 bridge runs extremely hot when I had my E2160 up so high because the voltage is increased automatically and I don't think there is a settings in the BIOS with that board to change your north or south bridge voltages.

That could be another reason why your temps are higher, because mines were around yours and higher before I got my newer chip and my DS3L.
