recently i allowed vista to have access to files in windows 7..

anyway so now i dont have any permission to create folders and stuff on my vista hd.

help

What kind of Windows 7 files? Just screenshots or actual code? When did the lockdown happen, did you change any settings/restart your computer before it happened?

I guess try disabling you User Account Control and see where that takes you. I've had Vista lock me out of files before too for no apparent reason other than to be a *****. Sometimes you just need to fiddle with your security settings and restart the computer a couple times for it to clear up.

right click the c: drive and go to security and take control of everything. can't help you more, on linux .
