Is your BIOS updated? Otherwise... you must have a really old mobo.
Once again...

I would recommend either of these PSUs

69.99 after rebate
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341011

Or, 89.99 no rebate
http://www.buy.com/prod/corsair-750w...206178325.html

You cannot go wrong with either of these, I am partial to PC power myself but I have nothing but good things about the corsair as well. They both have plenty of power and will probably last you through a few builds/upgrades in the future.

Also, if you are gonna want to overclock, I would recommend a good mobo such as this.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128359

There is also an open box of that for sale on newegg for like 85 bucks if you cant spend that much.

i just found an online manual for my board and it can overclock. you can set voltage, core clock, ram overclock, fan control and more which is good enough for me. i dont plan to do extreme overclocking. just the bios options i have been looking for.
