OCing your ram really depends on the ram itself. If it won't do high FSB then you will be limited on the OC.
What about the FSB/RAM divider (or was it ratio?!) how does that work?

I used the 400Mhz CPU Host Frequency and the 2.00D divider.

Do You think UD3R with E5200 will be able to run memory at 1066mhz? Or do i need E7xxx or E8xxx series for that?

I am running ep45-DS3L with E0 E8400... If you don't need raid and x-fire then this will oc just as good as the other offerings. Don't skimp on the main parts as this will mean a newer board/cpu later. Else just wait till you have enough for the setup you like.

Hey mate... 9099

DO you think my ram will allow some OC-ing? It's Geil Ultra Plus 2x2GB CL5 1066mhz... orange heatsinks... I'm not so sure that its good, in my opinion it heats up pretty good even at 1.95V altho its default is 2.1-2.2V...
