Our contract just got re-newed for 55 bucks or so for 60gb a month with cable speeds. I get around 1mb/s on steam and aus websites and some US sites. But that dosent start until next month and till the ned of this month we have 36gb and we are pretty much about to go over it, nephew loves youtube too much .

No your provider sucks, I'm getting 25m download and 1.5mb upload for $20 a month, I've yet to see anything download 10m, so anything over that is a waste anyhow right.

So it looks like this most likely won't happen. Even if it did, all you need is a VPN service based in an other country to get past it. You can get one for like $5-$15/month and if you get a good one itll let you download at full speed.
