Some nice parts you picked there, affordable upper midrange system. Nice case you picked!! A Few suggestions though :

Switch Memory to :

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1100 (PC2 8800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231194
(lower voltage, runs cooler, excellent quality, awesome overclock, the extra mhz gives you some playing room too.)

Switch HDD to :

Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136319
(Fast drive, bigger cache, plus a processor chip to maximize performance)

Switch Video card to :

EVGA 896-P3-1264-AR GeForce GTX 260 SSC Edition 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
Free FarCry2 w/ purchase
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130373
(the extra $50 will be Very well spent. )

OR

Also excellent choice
SAPPHIRE 100259L Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102810 **Special holiday savings, ends 12/24**
(cheaper and money also Very well spent)

Good luck, hope this helps.

If you are not set on SLI and wouldn't mind a single GPU or xfire setup, I'd strongly recommend this board instead. It will do everything that the SIIF will do and overclocks easy as pie - at less then 1/2 the price
