Anyone with spare time Need Help OCing Ram

Thread Starter
Sorry for this kinda post. I have tried a couple of different guides and it doesnt help a whole lot because my motherboard is very limited on the options and the names arent always clear as what im susposed to do. Ive really been wanting to upgrade but times are hard and especially with Christmas here, upgrading will have to wait till tax time.
Anyways My Setup
Mobo Biostar P4M900M4 Ver 2
Cpu P4 Prescott Core 800mhz Fsb 3.0 Ghz
Memory 1gig Geil + 1 Gig Kingston Value http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820144016
OCZ StealthXStream 600w
For testing purposes (as i know the value ram is junk) it will be removed for this as in another three days i will have another geil exactly like the one i have. And want to know what i can achieve with this memory not the valuram.
Things i have already figured out (i think)
Heat From CPU is not a problem. I overclock cpu to 3.6 ghz turned down memory to 266 and it was almost running at 333 ran prime95 the test that said it produced the most heat and power consumption. After three hours of running using CPUID Hw Monitor the highest CPU Temp Was 87 F
So im pretty sure that all my failed overclock attempts are for being a noob to mem ocing. Any help is appreciated! THnx
Options Concerning Ram In Bios (Currently is set to auto )
Precharge to active TRP
Active to precharge TRAS
Active to CMD TRCD
Ref to ACT/REF TRFC
ACT 0 to ACT 1 TRRD
1T CMD Support
DDR2 On Die Termination

Well with the processor hitting 3.6 ghz for some reason it seems sluggish and can only imagine that its because in order to do that the ram was running below 333. Processor speed is nice but im happy with 3.5 ghz i would just like to speed up the ram in order to get a lil more when it comes to gaming and general performance.
I know the prescott run pretty hot so is hitting 3.6 without it overheating decent.
