OC'd E8400/SLI/3 HDD's/etc... will my PSU work?

So i'm building a new rig and plan on using some components from my current system to help save on some of the parts. Here is what's going in to my NEW setup (not the one currently in my sig)...

E8400 (hoping to OC to ~4gHz)
eVGA 750i FTW
4gb (2x2gb) G.Skill 1066 (PC2 8500)
3 x HDD's (RAID0)
2 gfx cards in SLI
Various USB accessories (Logitech G15 keyboard/Logitech mouse/webcam/etc)

I plan on adding on some water cooling as well, but i'm going to run the pump off the wall, not the comp. So that's not an issue.

Now here's the $10,000 question...

Will my current Silverstone 650w modular PSU be sufficient for this setup, or do I need to consider upgrading?

2 Cards i'd suggest getting a bigger one to be safe, but it really depends how much is on the 12v rail

Well, since i've been looking around, i'm heavily considering getting rid of my 7800's and going with a single 9800 GTX for now. Lets say I go that route... i've been eyeballing a single rail 850W Silverstone PSU. But what would you guys recommend? To be completely honest, PSU's are an area that I do NOT have a lot of experience in paying close attention to. So I would like someone with a bit more knowledge than me to step in and pitch some advice on this.

600W should be more than enough for a 9800GTX(+). I got my system as shown in my sig running with 460W. Just keep your PSU for now and wait for the right price to buy a new one.
