You can't passively cool 120w+ without HUGE heatsinks or really low ambient temperatures.

Just get an aftermarket heatsink with low-speed fans.
Once again...

I had to up my fan speeds (60%) from stock (40%) with rivatuner just to keep this thing within a good margin of safety (in all fairness i have a small & cramped case). You would likely need big case fans to make up for passive cooling, thus defeating the purpose. You may have to underclock depending on your situation.

If you're sick of your fans going too high you could just get creative with a fan profile that just increases fan speed incrementally, so it's running minimally at all times. This would be the safest overall option, is free, and would probably take an hour or so.

Great cooler, but don't you think that is expensive?? I can't see myself paying 60 bucks for a cooler for my video card unless it is compatable with future video cards, too.
