Warranty for XIGMATEK ACK-I7751 Bracket??

Thread Starter
I was filling my shopping cart at Newegg when I noticed that an extended warranty was offered on the Xigmatek bracket for $9.99. Wondering if anyone purchased it....or maybe it's not as funny as I thought...

I never purchase the extended warranty unless I know that I will need it. I don't know how much the bracket costs but it would be easier and faster to just buy a new one IF it breaks. Unless you do something stupid I fail to see how someone could break he bracket.

I would have to agree. Given the circumstances I would think that the bracket itself would be pretty hard to break. However, if you did break it, it would be much more cost effective for you to just purchase a new one instead of waiting for the RMA process, along with cost of shipping would probably equal the cost of the product itself.

I would say with items around $10-$15 your better off getting a new one instead of trying to extend a warranty on the item.

extended warranty is the worst scam ever. Way too pricey and by the time the item breaks, IF it breaks, much better stuff will be out and most of the time they'll still find a reason not to honor their warranties ANYWAYS...
