Do you really think the GTX 295 is going to have less minimum framerates than a GTX 260? If so, then wow. Your fanboyism has destroyed your common sense.
What do you have to say about these benchmarks
where the GTX 295 beats the 4870X2 in just about every benchmark..... on premature drivers?
I stopped considering Guru3D to be that accurate, especially after their i7 review had shown SLi/xfire rigs getting huge gains. Which they have not.
But I do agree, it's premature drivers, that's why I don't like these reviews as they don't show the true performance of the card.
For example, I got Warhead when the 4870x2 was still using new drivers. Performance in the game was terrible (enthusiast and no AA = 30fps average). I reinstalled the game recently and started playing it now that the drivers are a lot better and wow, huge performance gain (enthusiast and 4xAA = 30fps average).
So please, don't base anything off of these reviews as the drivers are still premature, thanks.
