could i possibly put the 360 rad sideways or does it need to be standing if thats the case maybe i could screw it on the back with one off to the side

you can put the rad in any orientation you want i believe, it will work just the same.

ok so im going to have one loop cooling the 2 graphics cards one cooling cpu and nb im going to use 2 black ice gtx240s you think the swiftech mcp655 pump will be good enough?
