you already have a nice come that can easily play all games now at max settings,,,, so i see no point in upgrading

the Asus mobo allows both triple SLI and crossfire so both would be possible.

how about the tri sli 280gtx except with an i7 920 on a GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5 or an EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1?

good for photoshop and amazing for gaming.

i would go with 2x 4870's or 2x gtx core 216, since you have a smaller monitor, the gtx280 and 4870x2 wont be fullty utilized, unless you have a 24' or larger monitor. as for cpu, i would go with a q9550 and maybe an X48 motherboard, maybe an Asus Rampage Formula, or get just one 4870x2 and go with the Gigabyte EP45 UD3P motherboard instead (very good board btw).

A single GTX260 is overkill for a 20" monitor. Just throwing that out there.

Because I should have known better .. looking back in history, I struggled big time with MSI mobo's before and once again I find this one not to be 100% stable ... never ever had any issues with Asus though ... so I'm selling the bloody thing and get me a new one
