Lower end version of the P6T Deluxe, but also when looking at the pictures it appears to have LGA775 mounting holes similar to the Foxconn Blood Rage

Just looks like a neutered P6T Deluxe. Should still be good. And 775 mounting holes is awesome ^.^

Sure, it's been out for awhile. Nothing too special. The Deluxe doesn't cost that much more though and has a better PCI-E configuration (for me), better phased power, and better memory capabilities. Some significant south bridge differences as well. I wouldn't call the ability to put an LGA775 cooler on this a benefit. You really want to be using an LGA1366 cooler with any i7.

P6T can support a maximum of 12GB of RAM, has JMicron PATA, SATA, and eSATA chips, and a single Realtek Gigabit LAN. Audio is via a Realtek ALC1200.

The Deluxe can support a maximum of 24GB of RAM, has 2 SAS ports and Marvell for SATA, eSATA, and PATA. The Deluxe features 2 Marvel Gigabit ports. Slightly better audio on the Deluxe via the ADI AD2000B chip.
