32-bit Windows cannot handle more than 4GB. You'd need a 64-bit operating system to use more than 4GB, which includes any other memory allocation such as graphics.

when you overclock make sure you take small steps. If you do to much your mobo will reset your clocks. Also this may seem dumb but in your bios your saving when you exit right, and not just hitting the reset button?
