Case shopping is frustrating me. Help me find a mid.

Thread Starter
I'm planning on a new build next month to replace Ltar, which is going away. I want a case but the selection is frustrating me.

Criteria:

No side window
Toolless design is preferred
Looks "slick and utilitarian".
Priced under $100

I have a Centurion 5 now and I feel like I'd like to distinguish my new build from my old one. So long as I'm starting fresh, why not start really fresh?

I'm on the fence about the 690... I don't need that much air circulation, and anyways I like to keep my external HDD (MyBook 320) on top of my rig which sort of makes blowholes moot. Also, something about the look of the 690 just bugs me. The black plastic edging looks cheap. The rounded top seems... hrm.

Roomate has a Nine hundred. Can't have any duplicates. That side window is way too flashy for my tastes, anyways. I want something that looks fit and mean, but subtle.

I'm gonna try and find a case database that'll let me search by PSU location. In the meantime... good hunting.

EDIT:
Here's what I'm looking at, Comments on any of these cases are especially welcome.
Centurion 590
CM Elite 334
Tt M9 - 79.99
NZXT Hush - 89.99
, but I want the one TechPowerUp reviewed(or none at all)
NZXT Alpha - 54.99
w/o window

Maybe NZXT Hush or Alpha for better cooling?

But I'd say Gigabyte Poseiden 310 matches your criteria best. Used one in abuild for a friend. Looks really nice, comes with 2 window options, perforated or plastic (you can switch). If you buy it get better fans or a fan controller for the stock ones. They are extremely quiet and don't move a lot of air.

My workstation is housed in a Centurion 590... I love that case! Tons of fan mount and cable management options and it's surprisingly well-built for the price.

Hi.

Although subjective, here are some cases that I feel fit the bill that you have laid out.

Full Towers:

Mid Towers:
If you are open to non-tool-less cases, then there are a few Lian Li offerings, and a Silverstone TJ08.

The CM Centurion 590 and the Antec Solo Black are both good solutions.
