Can you go with the 9600GT if you choose the E7200/P5Q?

EDIT: I also recommend the E5200.

All the game you play are not that CPU intensive you play GTA4.

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819116072 E5200 $83
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131329 Asus P5QL PRO $87
GFX: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121272 Asus HD4850 $120

total: $290

The e5200 would be better than the AMD CPU you selected and this fits your budget.

alright, since all this confusion about my budget, here's what else I HAVE to buy.

PSU - Was going to get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153052
RAM - I want 4GB for sure http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231122

Then I need a mobo and cpu, and I can either buy a 4850, or use my old 9600GT which is 3 months old. My budget is 450.

9600GT will run fine on a 400W PSU.

EDIT: 2 x 18 amp on 12V rail.

I really want to stick with the PSU for future planning. I will probably in the future SLI or Xfire whatever card I am using.
