The XSPC Delta kit is pretty much the best -£100 kit, it includes the Delta V3 CPU Block which performs pretty much identical to the Swiftech GTZ.

A lot of people (myself included) do not like Koolance; they generally offer sub-par performance and a lot of people are still prejudice against them for having used aluminum in the past for their radiators and block tops.
