Did you see the deals I found for the mITX system for $100 shipped? It included CPU, mITX mobo, case, power brick, DC-DC adapter, CF, and RAM.

Yeah, looking for something passively cooled though. Also something that draws less than 50 watts.

That is exactly why I think intel don't want to let nVidia have Atom. If they et atom and slap a 9400M on it suddenly all the stuff that even decent laptops with Intel accelerated rubbish can't do the netbook can. Games and even video encoding (lot fast on a gpu that on the atom processor). It would destroy intel as nVidia would be more than happy to ensure that there netbooks are superior to intel's 1GB ram no PCIe netbooks. Personally I think it's a very dirty move by Intel.
