I think you are a bit confused. Twice the much voltage eh? So you are saying for a Q6600 B3 to hit 3.4Ghz needs 1.4v the G0 would need 2.8v. Interesting. You best be trolling.

I would go with a Q6600, but unless you upgrade CPUs every once in a while the e7200 would be suitable.
