Xigmatek and q6600

What is the best thermal compund for Xigmatek HDT-s1283 + Bolt Thru? I used ocz freeze the last time but my temps were at 63c load or so with 1.44v. But i've seen persons with this set up get temps way below what i've been getting

MX-2 and OCZ freeze are very good, i have used as5 but i find it harder to apply comparied to others.

I doubt its the thermal paste. Check the way you spread the TIM.
Theres a guide somewhere on how to do this.
I believe your suppose to make a thin line on both sides of the middle copper heatpipe, on the aluminum part.
There was a special way to do it on that cooler, and I think that was it.
