basically there is three simple ways to get more speed from you processor.
1. Increase you multiplier. Sometimes its 15 or 18
2. Increase your FSB. That starts at 200 and can usually top out at about 220 to 235
3. Increase Vcore voltage from 1.25 to a max of 1.45 on air.

Those voltages are pretty high. What voltage is your RAM at? Are you unstable at your current clock?

If you are stable at your current speed (no BSODs, no random reboots) then you can try putting the FSB up 10 MHz at a time.

If you aren't stable, make sure your RAM's voltage is high enough,
