Rosewell is... Not that great. It's not a no-name 750w PSU for $30, but it's not a Seasonic or PC P&C unit either.
Blackbox.

It's hard to say. Rosewill switches around manufacturers a lot and it can be hard to tell who made it, let alone how good it is. Which one did you have your eye on? What is your budget? There was actually a discussion on budget PSUs just a minute ago: http://www.overclock.net/power-suppl...cceptable.html

Take a look at this thread

They are the top of the bottom, if that makes sense. The best bad PSU you can get, lol. My roommate has had one for 2 years with no real issues, but like low strife said, it isn't exactly a beast or anything.

IMO, not that great. Buy a top name used

Ah, location, location, location. If it is an RP600 it is passable, but it only has 36A on the 12V which isn't all that great. If it is an RD600 I would avoid it. The RP is an ANTG and the RD is a Solytech. Selection is probably limited where you are so if you don't have much of a choice, they are acceptable but pretty low end.

You should be able to pick up an 500/600W OCZ GameX/StealthXstream for around that price. I would also look around for an Antec Earthwatt or True Power Trio in your wattage range. Those are about the best you can do on that low of a budget. You may get lucky and find someone with a Corsair vx550 for around that price which would be a step up from the others. Another one to look out for would be the BFG LS-550.
