No much difference between GTX260 and 216 other than 216 less power consumption, less heat and better OC. If you have budget for new cards, then should wait. Otherwise, GXT260 216 is the way to go. The part number or mfg UPC on the box should tell this. It should be fine for 22" lcd. GTX260 216 is 182w so the 520hx should be fine.

yea I currently have 2 things that are on my mind about buying it,
1. I have a motherboard with PCI-E 1.0 and from what I heard the bandwidth of anything past the 9800GTX+ goes overther the bandwidth of the slot so would I expect a large bottleneck cause of the PCI-E 1.0, or shouldnt it effect it alot?
2. what is the performance of the GTX 260 216 gonna be over the 9800GTX+?
I was thinking it was around x1.4
