you have a slight vdroop. look up 750i pencil mod on google, it takes only a minute and all you need is a pencil. It worked for me like a charm and does no harm to your motherboard.

It's time to get a better cooler if you want to push it any farther. You should ultimately be able to get about 3.5-3.6 out of it.

Strange... I'm on 1.316 vcore and getting stable 3.0 My VID is SUPER HIGH at 1.325 as well.

You are getting massive vdrop/vdroop just apply pencil mod and things should improve. I wouldn't really increase the vcore anymore, just up the FSB. As for cooling get a Thermalright Ultra and some quality thermal paste and you should be good for 3.4 - 3.6 in the future.
