i put hot water into a thermos and then take that with me. Works wonders.

What I suggest is to just put some water in a coffe cup and stick it in the microwave for a couple minutes. GL

Thats what I did it worked great. just put the end of the tube in the cup for like 10 sec then just push it on. I only really had to use this on the pump.
