Thread Starter
Hey OCers! My dad and i both payed half and half for a new laptop for my sister for xmas. Nothin special just something to get her by. She is starting to get into gaming though so we were looking to buy something off D2D. nothin over 15$, we only want a little co op online game thats fun and will last. something like diablo or baldurs gate. I was looking at mount & blade because i heard good things about it and its 14.95$ but i dont know if its online at all. shes not big into gaming but just little games like that. any suggestions would be appreciated thanks!

Laptop Specs:

Edit: I asked what she likes best and it seems shes into RTS games and she said she loved diablo too. Just some info to help

Go pick up the Command and Conquer First Decade pack. You can find them cheap and they come with lots of games. That should keep her busy for a while.

I got each individual game when it was $40-50 each

the first decade pack is great though. one of my favorite RTS series, heck probably one of my full on favorite series.

C&C First Decade is an awesome value!

Also check out the Homeworld games, if you think she's be into them. They can be found on bargain bins, so you might be able to get both for $15. Homeworld is my favorite RTS.

If you've seen her enjoy rhythm/music games or she has a fair collection of music in her collection, you can't go wrong with Audiosurf on steam!

I Played world of Goo and didn't think it was worth 15 bucks. It's really short and the tower-building meta-game is not very much added value.
