I am thinking it may be your PSU. You might need to get something with more amperage.

I don't think so. If all I need is 350ish watts to run this machine in SLI, I'm pretty sure it can handle it? I do have 2 different cords going into the switch thingy on my card. One is connected to the DVD Drive and the other to the mobo, and the spares are heading to the card. Though, after hours of gaming, nothing wrong happens.

Plus, this seems to happen only when I enable SLI, whenever I install the drivers, and do a restart, everything is fine. But when I try to tell it to run in SLI mode, it sometimes blanks out and crashes to a blue screen (again saying nvidia_disp or whatever :\\

All sound drivers, etc, are uninstalled, and overclocking tools :|

Make and model of the PSU please. I am betting it is this.

I cannot find anything with that name. If its a nonamer, most likely the amperage is weak. I suggest anthing from OCZ, PC P&C, Seasonic, Antec, and Corsair.

Ya, but under load there isnt a problem.....

I just reviewed your thread again, and I stand by what I have said before. All signs are pointing to a insufficient PSU. Having power issues are exactly that, completely random. Think about it, you spend $150 in GPUs, but not in good clean stable power? You get what you pay for.

Sorry blue but i think i'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one. If the psu isnt supplying enough power then you would only have issues when the cards are under a load. Not when switching to SLI. Underpowering usually occurs midgame or at the beginning of the game. They draw very little power when in 2d from what I understand.

I think its more of either a driver issue or a bad card. OP from the post that Blue quoted where you were talking about your power connectors.... can you try and clear that up a bit more? I'm kindof confused as to how you have this hooked up. If you can post some pics of your setup. That would help greatly.

I agree and I am leaning toward a bad card. Either that or some kind of weird conflict. Have you switched the slots the cards are in at all? Tried them both alone?
