Not too good considering that the QUAD CFX was scaling bad previously.... QUAD SLI doesnt look a whole lot better

Quad cfx and SLI have never been good.

and that a huge gain for nvidia over ati in these benchys.

There are certain cards for NVIDIA that scale amazingly well

Namely 8800GT and 9600GT cards scale 60-80%. The rest dont scale as well - like 50%

I dont know off the top of my head which ATI cards to best but generally average FPS don't increase by more than 50% as far as I remember


IMO Quad CFX and SLI just demolishes the "point of diminishing returns" not just with cost, but the fact that the increases start declining in % very quickly
