Problem with Hd LED plug on Foxconn A7GM

Here is the link to the Foxconn A7GM in case you need it: here

So I just put together this computer for my sister for christmas but I couldn't get the HD LED on the front of the case to work and heres why.

The plug on the motherboard for the HD LED looks like this:

With the two prongs right next to each other like in the picture.

But the led plug that came with the case I bought looks like this:

On the mother board the two prongs are right next to each other, but the plug connected to the case has space in between so it doesn't line up. Is there something I can do fix this?
(Sorry for crudely edited pictures)

Take out wire and insert into that blank spot. It is possible to take that wire out. Use sometin sharp and tiny to push small pin and plug out wire.

Alright so like a safety pin needle or something? And I push it in from the plug end?
