Best i7 Motherboard

Thread Starter
I was thinking of getting the Asus P6T Deluxe, and was wondering if there's anything better for the same price. I need it to be $300 or less.

Thanks for any help.

In this early stage, not quite sure which is the best. Based on recent review, the gigabyte ga-x58-ud5 is pretty good beside the Asus P6T deluxe.

EVGA x58 is pretty darn nice and the heat pipes look amazing.

I'm pretty noob when it comes to i7, so is your clock of 4.1ghz pretty common, or are you at the high end?

Best review I've seen so far of the UDR5 is here.

The UDR5 is in the #3 spot on my short list. I'm buying my 920 and board next week and still narrowing down my choices.

I am curious how well the ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution overclocks. 3 of it's slots are true 2.0 x16 so it seems really appealing to me.

I like the look if it, but it doesn't seem to be too person-with-a-budget friendly...

Then I'd recommend the P6T Deluxe if you are on a lower budget.
