Whats the difference?

I dont understand what the difference is...The first one is a monitor but it has a HDTV tuner in it.

The T220HD has a 1680x1050 resolution and the LN22A450 is only 1280x720 and that's the biggest difference between the two.

One is a monitor, and one is a TV? I'd get the Touch of Colour one. But I have the same TV as the 22 inch, except in 40", which is 720P, and the quality is pretty good.

Yes you can connect your cable directly to the tv. Like mentioned before, the difference is one is 720p and the other is 1080p.
