hi there, i know this is all a bit vague, but today ive managed to get a dual boot configuration with xp with vista installed first, everythings gone fine , but unfortnately im now having a completely random computer freeze, its only occured when im playing the game i installed xp for in the first place for but i havent really tested to see if it does it just sitting idle.

i know its a bit vaugue but can any 1 suggest where i would start looking ? xp doesnt help in the slighest with computer issues :'(.

bascailly all ill be doing is running around as infantry or flying a plane and it will freeze, i will get some sound still play thru and if i press ctrl alt delete ill eventually get a screen flicker and the task mngr will open up telling me everything thats running is "not responding", thats about all i know

i have installed sp3 but i havent managed to do a windows update yet due to another irratating problem, note that it did do it before the sp3 installation , ahh the joys of os installtion
