ASUS P5N-D LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
55nm GeForce GTX 260 Core 216

and possibly an e8400 or e7300 depending on how much I have at the end. Is this good? I might go SLI in the future if I need to.

You won't, trust me. By the time you need to, they aren't going to be selling GTX 260s anymore.

Take it from someone with experience

Say I decide to get 4gb rams instead and I'm using XP 32-bit. I read that it will only recognize around 3.5gb of the ram. Would this affect anything in anyway? Would it be better then getting just 2gb of ram? THanks

It varies on how much ram windows will see. It would not hurt your performance no, but you would get more out of it if you could use all 4 gigs. I'd get the 4, ram is way too cheap to go with 2 gigs
