Possible overclock MSI MS-7181 with Sempron 2800+

I have other computer MSI MS-7181 (or K8MM3-V) mobo and Sempron 2800+ @ 1.6Ghz. I dont see any oc options in BIOS. Is this cpu overclockable? Or can i use some kind of program straight to in Windows? Systool doesnt work, i tested. And i have VIA K8M800 Chipset.
