DDR3 is the type of memory you have. "Triple channel" is how the memory operates. On that page in the manual, it tells you how the channels are defined and has a chart showing the optimum configuration for the number of DIMMs you have.
You have a triple channel kit of DDR3 memory. So, according to the chart, you would populate DIMM slots A1, B1, and C1. Looking at the graphic above the chart, this corresponds to the blue slots.
I'm not trying to be an ass. I'd rather help someone figure out how to figure it out for themselves rather than just hand deliver the answer. Giving someone the answer solves the problem but doesn't help them understand why it is the answer. If one doesn't understand something in the manual, I will help them try to comprehend what the manual is telling them.
